Connecting AGP Kerridge to your telephony platform is extremely important for improving customer satisfaction and working more efficiently. Gateway
For this integration, Bubble acts as a gateway. This means that you can disable all of Bubble's pop-up features yourself, because in this configuration, Bubble only ensures that your telephony environment can communicate with AGP Kerridge's telephony module.
Functionalities
The integration method gives you all the functionality that the AGP Kerridge telephony module has to offer. Think of displaying customer information directly in AGP Kerridge when a call comes in. When a call is transferred to a colleague, the customer information moves with it. By default, the customer information is visible from the moment your softphone, deskphone or other device rings until the call is terminated. Ask AGP Kerridge about the specific features their telephony module has to offer. In addition to the aforementioned gateway feature, Bubble comes with many other functionalities. For example, you can activate multiple CRM integrations under the same user at no extra cost, which can be useful if you use multiple software applications within your company. Bubble Gateway Integration is developed for CRM, EPD and ERP applications that have their own integrated telephony module. Bubble handles the technical processing of incoming and outgoing calls, status changes and other telephony actions, and ensures that these – with the proper authentication – are securely passed on to the CRM, or in the case of outgoing calls, to the telephony platform. Which functionalities the end user sees is entirely determined by what the CRM supports. Bubble Gateway Integration connects, the CRM decides.
