With Dstny Link, you can connect your company's telephony with the systems you already use – even if a ready-made integration isn't available.
New Integration
If you use a standard software system that isn't yet available on the Dstny App Marketplace, it may be possible to develop a new integration.
This requires the software provider to offer the necessary technical capabilities, such as an API that provides access to the data and functions needed for the integration.
The Process
To explore the possibilities for a new integration, you must provide relevant API documentation or other technical documentation and ensure access to a dedicated test environment.
Once the necessary documentation is available, a technical feasibility assessment is carried out in consultation with the software provider. Based on this assessment, a technical design is prepared, and you will be presented with the integration possibilities and any technical limitations.
If the integration meets your needs, the subsequent development work begins, and the integration is added to our roadmap. The expected delivery date will typically be approximately 3 months from that point.
Have You Developed Your Own System?
If you've developed your own system, Dstny Link's existing standard connectors may be an option.
Dstny Link offers several standard connectors, including SQL Connector, URL Executer, HTTP Requester and CSV Connector, which can be used to connect different systems.
With HTTP Requester or HTTP Requester Advanced, your own developers or software provider can build an integration using HTTP endpoints.
This requires the necessary technical capabilities to be available, and you or your software provider are responsible for developing the required endpoints and any custom code.
